Reflecting on our journey, it’s rewarding to see the progress we’ve made. This accomplishment has provided us with a framework to continually assess and enhance our approach to leadership and management. The renewal reinforces that our team feels valued and supported, which is core to our mission. A recent article highlighting our one-year anniversary with the IIP Standard captured this perfectly, as it noted how the IIP framework has guided our “commitment to people-centered policies and practices.”
